2011年到日本筑地勘深究,拥有精湛的日本料理技术,常年走访港澳日欧,曾驻店香港IFC(国际金融中心)礼寿司,善于创作新派日料和研究新年轻消费需求,以年轻人的第一次Omakase完梦为目的创立鮨政引起全城关注。
MASA has over 13 years of experience as a Japanese cuisine chef.
In 2009, he studied under Michelin-starred chef Mr. Sasaki Takayuki and honed his skills in Japanese cuisine. He is proficient in creating innovative Japanese dishes.
In 2011, MASA studied in Omai in Tsukiji, Japan, and has worked at the Rei Sushi in Hong Kong's IFC.
MASA regularly visits Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, and Europe, where he excels in creating innovative Japanese dishes and studying the latest trends in young consumer demand.
With the goal of creating the first Omakase experience for young people, Sushi Masa · Omakase was established.
